Fuyu Culture is a content & product company that bridges technology with ritual — building digital products that help people sit with themselves.
Our Story
Fuyu Culture Co., Ltd. was founded in September 2022 by Yi-Lung Chung (Jacob), headquartered in Sanzhi, New Taipei City, Taiwan.
"Fuyu" (負隅) is a Chinese expression for the stance of pushing back from a corner — a small company without large resources, working from the edge, turning every constraint into a starting point for craft.
We began with brand design and publishing collaborations — sub-brands like lelekoko, koko-fish, Fu Literature, and partnerships with Yongfeng Bank, Taipei Literary Award, the Garden of Hope Foundation, and the Taiwan Property Management Association. Through these projects, we accumulated cross-disciplinary execution experience.
In 2026 we redirected that experience toward our own product lines:
- Misstarot — a tarot, astrology, and oracle card app that uses AI and real astronomical computation to turn every reading into a quiet moment of self-reflection.
- LifeGrid — a life visualization tool that maps your life into a grid of 4,680 cells, so you can see how many summers you have left.
Two different products, one shared belief: good tools don't interrupt you — they slow you down so you can see yourself clearly.
We believe what matters for makers is not how many resources you have, but how you grow out of the tightest cracks. Every Fuyu Culture product is an extension of that idea.
Founder
Yi-Lung Chung (Jacob Chung)
Co-founder, Fuyu Culture · Design & Engineering Lead. A cross-disciplinary worker spanning advertising strategy, brand design, and software development. Jacob runs Fuyu Culture in parallel with his role at Yu-Ming Advertising — believing that hands-on iteration always outpaces long meetings.
