Misstarot FAQ
Q: Why does login keep failing / kicking me out?
A: Usually due to expired token or browser restriction. Please:
- Clear browser cache
- Sign in again
- If the issue persists, email [email protected] with a screenshot
Q: I subscribed but AI interpretations aren’t unlocked
A: Check “Profile → Subscription Status” in the app. If it shows subscribed but features are locked:
- Sign out and back in
- Verify subscription is active in App Store / Google Play
- Email us with your order number
Q: My astrology chart shows “Not yet set up”
A: Go to “Profile → Edit Profile” and complete birth date, birth time, and birth place. All three are required.
Q: Can I sync across devices?
A: Yes — sign in with the same account and your reading history syncs to the cloud.
Q: How do I cancel a subscription?
A: Cancel via Apple App Store / Google Play account settings. Already-paid period remains usable until expiration.
LifeGrid FAQ
Q: Does LifeGrid require login?
A: No. All data stays on your device only.
Q: Will my data follow me to a new phone?
A: iOS users with iCloud Backup enabled will have their data restored. Otherwise, you’ll need to set up again.
Q: Can I adjust my projected lifespan?
A: Yes — go to “Settings → Personalization”.
Q: How do I delete all my data?
A: “Settings → Reset all data”, or simply delete the app.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A:
- Services purchased directly through this site: 7-day no-questions cancellation under Taiwan Consumer Protection Law
- App Store / Google Play subscriptions: per each platform’s refund policy

Q: I forgot to cancel and got charged?
A: Once charged, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Apple / Google may consider exceptions on appeal.
