CRAFTSMAN MANUAL
Every kind of person in the office
deserves their own manual.
A workplace field guide written for people who feel "others make this look effortless, and I have to try three times harder." Built on the MBTI sixteen-type framework — with strengths, blind spots, four common workplace scenarios, and daily work logic tailored to each type.
What the manual covers
- Strengths — what you already do better than most, once you name it
- Blind spots — the specific ways your temperament trips you up at work
- Four scenarios — situations each type keeps running into, with a suggested response
- Work logic — practical routines you can install, one at a time
- Survival note — one line worth carrying to your next Monday morning
- Companion reading — pick your own type, then the type of the coworker you struggle with most
In Chinese first
The manual is currently written in Traditional Chinese, for Taiwan's workplace culture. The scenarios and work logic are calibrated to how offices in Taiwan actually operate — meetings, hierarchies, unspoken conventions, the specific kinds of pressure people run into here.
You're welcome to visit the Chinese page to see the full manual. An English translation is not currently planned; if you'd like to see one, tell us — enough requests will move it up the queue.
