Account Deletion

This page describes how to delete your account from Fuyu Culture services (Misstarot, LifeGrid) and how data is handled after deletion. This page is required by Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
1. Methods Available
Method A: In-app Deletion (recommended, fastest)
Misstarot App / Web:
- Open the app, sign in
- Go to the “Profile” page
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”
- Read the confirmation dialog carefully, then confirm
- The system executes deletion immediately; you will be signed out and returned to the login screen
LifeGrid App: LifeGrid requires no account and collects no data. To clear data, use “Settings → Reset all data” or simply delete the app.
Method B: Email Request
If you can’t sign in or prefer email:
- Email [email protected]
- Subject: “Account deletion request - [Your registered email]”
- Include in body:
- Your registered email
- Service to delete (Misstarot / All)
- Identity verification info (e.g., approximate account creation date, recent login)
- We will process your request and reply with confirmation within 7 business days
Method C: Third-party Login Unlinking
If you signed in via Google:
- Removing “Misstarot” authorization from your Google account does not delete your data in our system. You must use Method A or B.
2. Data Handling After Deletion
2.1 Permanently Deleted (Unrecoverable)
Once you confirm in-app or we confirm your email request, the following is immediately deleted from our system:
- Personal data (nickname, birth info, email, third-party sign-in ID)
- Reading history, draw history, saved interpretations
- Natal chart and transit interpretations
- Stardust balance and transaction records
- AI conversation history
- Custom settings, preferences, calendar notes
- Subscription records (the subscription itself must be cancelled via Google Play or Apple; we only delete our corresponding records)
2.2 Retained by Legal Requirement (Cannot Be Deleted on Request)

Data is automatically purged after the retention period expires. During retention, this data will not be used for marketing or re-identification.
3. Subscription Notes
If you have an active subscription:
- Account deletion does not automatically cancel your Apple App Store / Google Play subscription
- Cancel via Apple App Store / Google Play account settings, or you’ll continue to be charged
- Already-paid amounts and used portions are non-refundable; unused portions follow platform refund policies
4. FAQ
Q1: Can I re-register after deletion?
Yes, but the new account is unrelated to the old one — past data cannot be recovered.
Q2: How long does deletion take?
- In-app: Immediate (executed upon confirmation, no grace period)
- Email request: Processed within 7 business days
Q3: Can I cancel the deletion afterwards?
No. In-app deletion is executed immediately with no grace period. Email requests can be cancelled before we process them, but not after. Please consider carefully before submitting.
Q4: I paid but want to delete — refund?
- Subscriptions are non-refundable (you’ve already used the service)
- Direct purchases on this site fall under 7-day no-questions cancellation per Taiwan Consumer Protection Law
Q5: Does LifeGrid need account deletion?
No. LifeGrid has no accounts; all data lives on your device. Delete the app from your phone to clear all data.
